A Guest Pass Request Form must be completed for any guest who does not attend CB, Cristo Rey, Jesuit, or St. Francis High Schools. These fully completed forms are due to Ms. Powers in Room 106 no later than Thursday, May 1 (or April 11 for Early Bird Pricing).
